Ingredients:
Yam*, onion*,Canned diced tomato* (diced tomato*, tomato juice*, calcium chloride, citric acid), unsalted peanut butter*, dino kale*, tomato paste* (tomato pulp*, citric acid), garlic*, ginger*, Caribbean spices*, Himalayan pink salt, habanero pepper. (*Organic)
Allergens: peanut (May have been in contact with gluten).

Instructions:
Thaw the bag of stew in the fridge overnight. Cut the bag open and pour into a sauce pan on the stove top at medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until the temperature of the stew reaches 79°C or 174°F. Time may vary depending on stove top.
