Ingredients: prawns, grapeseed oil, parsley, olive oil, sherry vinegar, shallots, salt, garlic, serrano peppers.



  1. Heat a cast iron pan on medium high. When the pan is hot, grill prawn skewers for about 2 minutes on each side or until the prawns are cooked through (the flesh will turn opaque with a slight pink).
  2. Heat the grill to 400 degrees F.Β Brush the skewers with the remaining sauce. Discard the remaining sauce. Grill 2 minutes per side, flipping once.Β 
  3. Serve warm.
