Lobster mushrooms are firm in texture and hold up extremely well to long sautéeing, braising or stewing. They feature and strong thorough flavour with a hint of the sea.

When rehydrating, place in warm water for 15-25 minutes and remember to save the flavour infused water for cooking with later. The perfect ingredient to make a nice warming soup or stew.
