Ocean Wise Recommended -  To create these single-serving handheld pies, we start by mixing wild halibut pieces with cream cheese, chives and yuzu juice. This scrumptious filling is then wrapped in flaky puff pastry. For an easy week-night meal, bake in the oven or air-fry and dinner is served.

If you haven't tried yuzu before, you can think of it as an "even better lemon" flavour.
