The Original Blend is where it all began.  We hand-blend unbleached flour, panko bread crumbs and herbs and spices.  That's it.  It's that simple.  That's what all makes is delicious - flavour you can see without the weird stuff.

Use your imagination and bread anything you like.  We love it on chicken (of course), but it's also great on cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini, and of course onions.
